900SS regulator-rectifier connections

I’m currently restoring my 1981 900SS and have been figuring out the wiring harness and identifying all the bullet and spade connectors. I have a wiring diagramme, from the owner’s handbook, but true to form for Ducati in period, the theory doesn’t reflect reality. The diagramme shows the earlier CEV switchgear, whereas my machine has the Nippon Denso gear, as fitted to the later SS, MHR and Darmah models. Anyway, I’ve successfully identified all the connections bar the order of four spade connectors to the regulator-rectifier. I did originally label them, but it was so long ago that the labels have fallen off. I’m pretty certain that the two, yellow wires, from the alternator, connect to the terminals marked ‘G’ (giallo) but I’m not sure of the other two, red and brown wires. The markings on the unit (+B and C) really don’t hint at the colours. Does anyone out there own the same model who can confirm the correct connections?
