Hi does anybody know if it is possible to trace a reg number from a vin number on a ducati 916 frame. Having recently purchased a frame with vin number intact but no v5, I thought it would be easy to trace the bike details from the vin. How wrong was I.
I wanted to build a 916 from spares slowly away. But my plans not going well. Any help appreciated.
I think to do that you will need a dating certificate to get an age related plate, all details of how to do this are on the club website.
