The Articles of Association do not require any existing CoM member to be proposed or seconded to be eligible for re-election. In addition, in the case where the CoM accepts and / or recommends a member for a CoM position he / she does not need to be proposed or seconded either. All the above people fall into one of these categories.
Copies of the Memorandum and Articles of Association are available from the Club Secretary upon request prior to the meeting as well as copies being available at the meeting.

Please note that I won’t be attending :astonished: - as you may recall, when the dates for the AGM were being discussed earlier this year (March?) I did say that the 18th April would be a no-show for me as I have friends from Berlin coming to stay for the weekend, and we have arranged to go out. It’s the first AGM I’ve missed for 15 years … Hope all goes well!
