My calipers are binding, but I am unable to find new pistons and seals to rebuild them, all I come accross is that they are unavalible. Is this correct? £600 worth of calipers is not a happy option when all they need is a rebuild!
That’s a bind… sorry. 
Post 90ish re-build stuff isn’t available from Ducati, I stripped my calipers down on the Monster only to discover they won’t supply them.
But… I think KTM will sell them.
