Took my V4s multistrada in for its first 600 mile service and 9 month later and 1436 miles just found oit they did not change the oil!!! Im guessing its still has the running in oil and ive done damage??? Advice would be appreciated???
What ELSE did they forget, and how does that effect your warrenty ?
I very highly doubt a manufacture uses a running in oil. Tends to be the normal oil but has to be changed because of the running in process causing metal “shavings” etc.
Most running in procedures can be around the 1500 miles mark so youve almose certainly not damaged anything.
Saying all that, its bloody terrible that the garage forgot to do it!!!
