Had my duke booked in for a service for over a few months … The day before the service was told by some grandiose individual that he was fully booked and could not commit to a future date for my bike to be serviced and I am free to take it elsewhere … I was left baffled … Tried to poke him … Told me he was the owner and I could do what I want … Horrible bunch
