Front red mudguard white sticker/deacl

Would anyone know what model bike or the part number for the white decal that is on some Ducati front red mudguards

i am looking for a S4RS front mudguard, to paint red over the winter with the decal to try on my S4RS

Most of these are painted, I have my 749 done like this and it is painted
