I recently experienced loss of clutch fluid in the master cylinder.
After reading on the internet that this is usually the slave cylinder seals I have just fitted an aftermarket clutch slave cylinder. I think I have bled the system. The connecting rod measured less than 30mm stick out so I used the spacer in the new slave cylinder as instructed with instructions that came with the cylinder.
I am not a mechanic but would like to do what I can on the bike.
The clutch isn’t engaging still? Does this mean I have still some air in the system? I have bled the air out with the cylinder fitted to the bike about 40 times.
