When creating a post you will see a set of tabs at the bottom of the page - Options, Upload Attachment and Poll Creation.
Select Upload Attachment
Click Browse
Locate the file you wish to upload
Add a comment if you want
Click Add the file

NOTE: Files cannot be more than 1000 pixels high or wide
