I’ve noticed that some topics are mentioned on here to discuss and some on email via the club’s CoM email addresses, but very rarely both! This means that sometimes CoM members are not always up to speed with all topics. Can we work out a way of ensuring that all CoM members know what’s being discussed and where?
I would think we decide if we use forum of email and only use that. That way we only have one place to look.
I vote to use forum only.
Its the only two places I look it is usually on the email to CoM an on the forum, not bad having two places for it, the online meets will also help
By all means have the topics on both the forum and email list - as long as everyone remembers to do that!
