09:30-09:45 scrutineers
9.45 to 10.15 flags
10.15 to 10.30 tea/coffee break
10.30 to 12.00 first aid
12.00 to 12.30 fire indoors
12.30 to 1.15 lunch
1.15 to 1.45 fire outside
1.45 to 3.00 radio/incident outside
3.00 to 3.15 tea/coffee break
3.15 to 4.00 riders input/debriefing
4.05 to 4.30 pdmcc marshals meeting
