I saw an italian registered monster at WDW2014 which had a seat cowl fitted but it was only the bottom half. ie it had been cut away (or manufatured) so that the shape around the bottom half of the seat cowl was there (those Flared bits that cover the grab handles) but a passenger could still sit on teh vinyl seat. Unfortunately I did not take a photo. Has anyone done this or does anyone know where I can buy a cut down cowl. Basically I want to keep the shape of the bike with a cowl fitted but allow a passenger to still go on the bike. Thinking that maybe I should buy a cheap second hand cowl and then cut away the top bit and fit it to see if it works. Then get someone who does plastic welding to make the edges neater and finally spray it up to match my bike. Has anyone done this or does anyone know where I can buy a cut down cowl ready made.
Didn’t see that one, I would think it’s a home made job?

The pillion seat on a monster is already uncomfortable, so I’m told by my better half, hate to think what that would be like to sit on!
You dont want to be putting pillions on there, they only spoil the beautiful handling.
