To make things easier for your busy day of report writing on your day off tomorrow, I’ve emailed you last year’s AGM minutes to show you how brilliant you are and save you downloading them from the CoM Library Archive.

Please prepare your reports keeping in mind we are apt to have more members in attendance than usual and discussion time will be short during the presentations themselves. I would like to have your report emailed in advance so I can best sort an agenda that keeps everything moving along!
