Ive got a problem with the front end on my 916 ive replaced bushes /seals but my forks are still sticking they dont move up and down very easy so if i sit on bike the forks dont move at all till i bounce on them any ideas please
Hi, have you used a torque wrench on the triple clamp pinch bolts ? they can nip the tubes if too tight. Also slacken off the mudguard and front axle, then pull the front brake on and bounce the forks up and down a couple of times. this will then settle them in so they are not binding. finally tighten axle and mudguard.

hi thanks for info tried all that but still not right still sticking probably have to send them off to get sorted thanks anyhow.
