Done over 50,000 miles on a 93 + a 94 SS but never had a coil fail, so I don’t know what type they are.

But it is worth asking at your local Ducati dealer, some prices are not as bad as some people would have you believe, OR you could try Ducati Coventry, they do an excellent mail order service.

If you are really lucky someone will be along shortly to tell you its off a Fiat **** from 19** and is six quid from the motor factors, but don’t hold your breath.
